While any CoVid restrictions are yet to be decided for the 2021-2022 school year, it's not too early to do background checks. Remember these new ones are good for six years.
As you are busy doing back to school shopping don't forget about your required vaccinations. All incoming students are required to show proof of immunization. Follow this link to see the requirements at each grade level. Mark your calendars- Thursday, August 19th from 3:00 to 6:30pm is Meet The Teacher Night @ BGE. Visits are by appointment only. A link to schedule a 10 minute visit with your child's teacher will be posted in the coming weeks.
Open enrollment for new students will be on August 4th, 5th, and 6th from 8:00am until 2:30pm in the Bowling Green Elementary Multipurpose room. Please bring along a birth certificate (or another way to verify your child's age), a social security card, immunization records or religious exempt card and a proof of residency. We strongly encourage parents/guardians without an email address to set one up prior to enrolling. Parents having a working email address will be able to fill out the necessary forms online once they've checked in with our secretaries.
