Parents - As a reminder, MS students are not allowed at any BGMS or BGHS athletic competitions without parent supervision. Students will not be admitted without a parent accompanying them. If admitted, students must sit either with their parents or in the middle school student section.

Attention 6th grade: We have had parents show interest in 6th grade orientation. Therefore, we have decided to do a short meeting for 6th grade during Meet the Teacher Night on August 19th from 5:30-5:45pm. If you can not make it, the same information will be given to your child the first day of school during Bobcat Academy where students will practice locks, schedules, etc.
Meet the Teacher Night is Thursday August 19 5:30-7:00.
7th and 8th grade girls interested in middle school cheerleading: tryout practices will begin August 16th from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the lower cafeteria. Please have your physicals and insurance/concussion paperwork completed before you come. Forms are available in the MS office.

For those of you who want to vaccinate a child between the ages of 12 to 17, the Pfizer vaccine is going to be available at the Pike County Health Department. There will be a shot clinic at PCHD on Aug. 20. Call to schedule an appointment.
MS Softball: Practice begins August 16 from 3:30-5:30. Location is TBA. All players must have a physical and insurance on file with the HS office prior to attending practice.
