The middle school office will be closed on Monday so all staff can attend the district-wide meeting.

The Safe Sitter class for today has been postponed. It will be held next Tuesday, February 25.
Each month we want to recognize a student from each grade level who exemplifies a positive characteristic that we look for in all of our students. They must also have at least 95% attendance, 0 office referrals, and 0 F's for the month. Once they have met these qualifications they are voted on by staff. January's Characteristic is Cooperation. As we close out School Counselors Week we want to give a special staff spotlight to our counselors that make BGMS so special!!!
Congratulations to Bre Weldon, Hadley Moore, Macy Woodside, Sophie Gilbert, and Brandt Cover, who are this year's Patriot's Pen winners for our local VFW. Also, congratulations to Mrs. Katie Kettenbach and Mr. Edward Gregg for being recognized as our local VFW Teachers of the Year.

BGMS Parents, please bring your child to the middle school (bus loop side) between 10:30 and 10:40 am on Saturday, February 1st. The bus will depart at 10:45 am from the middle school, and we will leave Hannibal around 2:00 pm. Please be at Bowling Green Middle School no later than 2:30 pm to pick up your child. Everything is free, and lunch will be provided, so they do not need to bring anything. Cell phones are allowed. Please email me if you have any questions. If your child can not make it that morning, please email me.
