SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS
The Bowling Green R-I School encourages qualified persons interested in running for a position on the school board to file to be a candidate in the April 8, 2025 election. Interested persons may file at the superintendent's office located 700 W Adams St, Bowling Green, MO 63334. Filing is open from December 10, 2024-December 31, 2024. For more information contact the Superintendent’s Office at 573-324-5441 for the days and times the district is open.
Artist of the Week
8th grade Art Field Trip
On December 4th, the 8th-grade art classes and the 8th-grade PLTW class went to MU’s Museum of Art and Archaeology. This free museum on MU’s campus is a hidden gem in the heart of Missouri. The students were led through three galleries: ancient civilizations, Greek mythology and religious works, and contemporary art. The students did an excellent job following museum etiquette and respecting the museum docents. It was a wonderful time, and I couldn’t be more proud of our BGMS students.
