Larry Lagemann

The Bowling Green R-1 School Board of Education has approved the hiring of Mr. Lawrence "Larry" Lagemann as the new principal at Bowling Green High School, beginning July 1, 2022.  Lagemann replaces Scott Mullins, who is retiring after a 28 year career in education, the majority of which were in Bowling Green.

Currently, Lagemann is the principal at Clopton Middle School and High School in the Pike County R-III School District, where he has served his entire career and the last 16 years as MS/HS principal.  Before this post, he was a teacher for eleven years in the district.

Mr. Lagemann earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Maryville University, a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Lindenwood University and a Educational Specialist from William Woods University.
