The artwork of Bowling Green Elementary fourth-grade student Daymon Jennings will be featured in the Bowling Green R-1 School District Holiday Greeting Card from Superintendent Dr. Matt Frederickson

Daymon’s artwork was selected from about 30 entries within the grades 4-5 art class taught by Lisa Shimp, art teacher. Daymon is a student in Mrs. Blankenship’s 4th grade class and was notified today that his artwork was selected.

Additionally, Bailey Graves, a Bowling Green High School 11th grade student, designed an ornament in her metals class that has also been selected as the Holiday memento to be given to each district staff member this year. The design intertwines the year 2020 with themes of a mask and toilet paper. Bailey is the student of her father, BGHS AG teacher Matt Graves.
